	Biography of Speaker periann thomas, Periane Thomas has a BA in psychology and is an LICSW who has worked professionally in Massachusetts, Missouri and RI in a variety of  settings including outpatient services in community mental health, residential , and school clinical day programming. She has provided individual, group and family treatment to children and adolescents whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence, extreme neglect, substance abuse as well as physical and sexual trauma. Periane continues her work in her current position as the program manager of the Arcadia Children's Home in West Greenwich , RI a  residential counseling center in the Children's Residential Services department of Gateway Healthcare.   24 School Street | Newport, RI 02840 | 401.848.4109 | Contact Us
