Jack McStravock is the Practice Leader, Legal and HR Compliance Consulting Services and a member of the USI New England Client Service Team.  

He has more than 25 years experience as a labor and employment attorney and Human Resource executive.  He brings several years of experience in the Client Solutions business in support of small to medium size New England companies.

Jack is a business partner who has developed his expertise from the rich work experiences gained while employed as Practice Leader of his own consulting firm, Best Practices in Human Resource Management, LLC, as Vice President of Human Resources with Kollsman, Inc. (named by Business Magazine as the 2007 Best Employer to Work for in New Hampshire), Lockheed Martin and the law firm of Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A. 

He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration, with a major in Personnel and Labor Relations, from LaSalle University, a Masters of Science degree in Management from Lesley University and a Juris Doctorate degree, with a major in Business and Corporate Law, from the Massachusetts School of Law.  Jack also holds a Life, Accident and Health Insurance Producers license.
