Debbie Lloyd has been an employee of Child and Family for nine years.  She has worked in several residential programs including Intensive Supervised Living, Family Connections III, and Staff Secure.  She has held several positions during her social service career, for example, Senior Counselor, Assistant Program Manager, and Program Manager.  She is certified by Cornell University in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.  Her training in TCI includes verbal de-escalation techniques as well as environmental strategies that assist care workers in managing challenging situations with clients that are in crisis.
