Debbi-Jo Horton is a nationally renown speaker, author,
co-owner of WorkPlace Dynamics Inc. and co-creator of Emerging Leaders and a
retired CPA. Debbi-Jo has over 25 years of experience in business development
and small business taxation & legislation expertise. Debbi-Jo's success has
been noted on a national level and has been called upon to testify in Congress
on issues that effect small business. Her strategy for high performing companies
included her own accounting firm, DJ Horton & Associates. Further, DJ
received her MBA from Johnson & Wales University in May 2008. Debbi-Jo does
