If you are having problems downloading from the resource library why not try using a different search engine?  For instance, if you use FIREFOX our documents will not download.  Try using WINDOWS EXPLORER to access our website and you will experience fewer problems.  Some documents are large and will take longer to download--be patient!  If there is a document you would like to see but are not able to download and print, please contact Naomi Ingersoll and we will do it for you.
