ASAM Patient Placement Criteria
An overview of the criteria and
guidelines used to assist in placing clients in Addiction programs at the
appropriate level of care.
Goals and Objectives: Participant will be able to:
List
the levels of care
List the six (6) dimensions of care
Read an assessment and complete an ASAM form including six dimensions and recommend a level of
care
