DO OUR BIASES LEAD TO PREJUDICE and
OPPRESSION
This immediate Cultural Skills and Diversity
Training Program will examine the root causes of stereotypes and prejudices in
our society. Participants will have an opportunity to explore biases and their
affects on one’s professional role. The training will introduce strategies and
prevention techniques for managing and resolving oppressive behaviors in
workplace settings.
