As it gets harder and harder to obtain funding, the importance of good grant budgets and narratives becomes more and more critical to successfully obtaining that funding.  Learn to better understand the fundamentals of program and organizational budgets that are so connected to your grant budgets.  Better understand the importance of detailing your direct and include your indirect costs in your grant budgets.  Learn how to write successful grant budgets and narratives.  Come prepared to discuss the difficulties you are having in your organization and to work on the issues you are facing on a daily basis!
