- Part Two, "The Work Phase-Building on Engagement", covers methods of assessment, goal setting, intervention and evaluation as well as a section on the managerial aspects of clinical supervision.
- Information, Case material and Instructional Excercises are utilized throughout with special attention to cultural competence, ethics and the everyday practical issues of doing clinical and managerial supervision.
