Interagency staff mentoring program
This ongoing support program
is for social service providers who are new to the field and/or
employed for less than one year. The mentoring model partners
newly-hired staff with seasoned staff members in a structured mentor
relationship. The mentors and mentees receive training on the
parameters of the relationship and work together for the first six to
nine months of employment while the mentee becomes acquainted with the
demands of the job.
